regarding the deadline
It takes between 24 and 48 working hours for the preparation and shipping of your order. The delivery time will then depend on the carrier chosen, between 48 and 72 working hours on average for standard delivery, the count starting upon dispatch.
Delivery times are given as an indication and depend on external factors correlated to transport conditions. Dermina cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay and shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
We also invite you to take into account the day of the order, because any order placed the day before and during the weekend is prepared and shipped the following working day. This delay cannot be considered as a delay.
returns & refunds
In accordance with current regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return of the products.
Products must be returned intact and unopened, in their original packaging.
Please also note that return costs are applicable to each order and individually.
modify or cancel the order
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation or modification by sending an email to info@dermina.fr .
After shipping, you cannot cancel or modify it.
